The principles guiding the project.
RURAL SECAPS brings together organisations from Spain, Portugal and Italy to empower senior citizens living in rural communities. Through innovative learning methodologies, digital tools and participatory activities, the project enables older adults to contribute actively to local Climate Action Plans while sharing their knowledge and life experience.
